About the Institute
Our Mission
The mission of the institute is to create and maintain an environment which will encourage applied research and education in boundary surveying.
Our Goals
The institute's initial goals will be to:
1. Provide a repository of boundary knowledge
2. Provide boundary surveying education and educational materials for the public
3. Provide application research in boundary surveying
4. Provide boundary knowledge to local, state, and national officials
5. Work with other professional institutions to understand boundaries
6. Encourage the growth of like-minded individuals to seek a pathway in the boundary surveying profession
We understand! You built your land surveying business to pass down to the next generation because you understand the importance of archival records. We are here to help get that information into a form to be used in today's current technology.
Non-Profit
The Institute is in the process of filing for a 501(c)(3) non-profit designation to take donations and seek grant funding.
